Using the curriculum of the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), the Boy and Girl Choir offers a unique experience for children in Grade 2 and up (for boys, until their voice has matured). The choristers learn about being a member of a Christ-centered community, play games, explore how to use their voices, learn about the great history of our Episcopal faith, and develop great confidence about who they are and what they can do for their church. The choir sings one Sunday per month.
Singing brings lifelong enjoyment, and choir participation has proven to keep young people close to the church their entire life. Involvement in children's choir is one of the bets "investments" of time a parent can offer their child, and a great opportunity to teach the value of commitment.
