Do you want to read the Bible, but don’t know where to start? The Good Book Club is for you! From Epiphany (January 6th) through Shrove Tuesday (February 25th), join with friends and fellow disciples to read the Gospel of John.
The Fourth Gospel, associated with “the beloved disciple” has long been cherished and puzzled over for its unique and profound presentation of Jesus.
The Good Book Club is in its third year as an Episcopal Church-wide program of daily Bible reading and discussion. Opportunities for study and reflection are provided from around the church. At Holy Apostles, we will meet Sundays at 10:10 am in the conference room to discuss the previous week’s reading - reading begins January 6th, so our first discussion group will be Sunday, January 12th.
The daily reading schedule and further resources are at goodbookclub.org. Start 2020 with a renewed commitment to God’s Word!
